Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER (ARMACLUB'S) and the BUYER pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Subject

The sale and delivery of the products in the order summary. The nature and the VAT-inclusive price are stated in the order summary.

Delivery

After payment approval, production and shipping within 2–4 business days, to the address given by the BUYER.

Right of withdrawal

Made-to-order products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Art. 15 of the Regulation. Statutory rights for defective goods are reserved.

Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the ministry threshold value, Consumer Courts above it.
